Order Processing Time
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed.
Please allow 3–7 business days for orders to be processed, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
During limited drops, releases, or high-volume periods, processing times may take longer due to increased order demand. We appreciate your patience and support.
Shipping Times
After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
- International Orders: We currently don’t accept international orders
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of SMSSCO.SHOP’s control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
SMSSCO.SHOP is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We will do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, SMSSCO.SHOP is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
SMSSCO.SHOP is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
